The menu highlights their signature miso ramen, characterized by a rich, flavorful broth complemented by curly noodles—a style that has influenced countless ramen shops nationwide. Operating hours are from 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday through Sunday; the restaurant is closed on Mondays and the second Tuesday of each month. Please note, Aji no Sanpei operates on a cash-only basis and does not accept reservations.
