The restaurant prides itself on serving "Hakata-mae" sushi, utilizing fresh, seasonal seafood sourced from the nearby Genkai Sea. The interior exudes warmth, featuring wooden elements crafted by the renowned "Yotsudome Yasutsune-gumi" from Hakata. All tableware and wall ceramics are provided by ARITA PORCELAIN LAB's "Seventh Generation Yazaemon," adding to the authentic ambiance.
