GohGan embodies the culinary synergy of Chef Takeshi Fukuyama, famous for his Michelin-starred restaurant "La Maison de la Nature Goh," and Chef Gaggan Anand, renowned for his innovative Indian cuisine. Located on the first floor of the 010 BUILDING in Fukuoka's Hakata Ward, GohGan features an open kitchen with 55 indoor seats and a riverside terrace that can accommodate 20 guests. The menu offers a harmonious mix of French techniques and Indian spices, creating dishes that excite all five senses. Options range from à la carte to set menus, including the Omakase course and a Share Style Party Course that comes with a two-hour free-flowing drink package. The restaurant also hosts various events, enriching the lively dining experience. Reservations are required and can be made online.
