Tempura Hiraishi, established in 2007 in Osaka's Kitashinchi district, has earned a Michelin star for seven consecutive years. Owner and chef Takayuki Hiraishi, with over 16 years of experience, specializes in crafting tempura that is both light and crisp, allowing guests to savor each course without feeling overwhelmed. The omakase menu begins with seasonal appetizers, followed by more than a dozen tempura courses, and concludes with tempura served over rice or noodles. Chef Hiraishi's passion for wine is evident in the restaurant's impressive collection of rare vintages, thoughtfully selected to complement the cuisine. The intimate setting features a 10-seat counter, providing guests with an up-close view of the chef's meticulous preparation. Reservations are required.
