Located a short walk from Nagoya Station, Sushi Hanakuruma has quickly become a renowned destination for sushi lovers since its opening in November 2022. Led by head chef Hiroyoshi Yokota, who trained under the esteemed Yuichi Arai of Ginza Sushi Arai, the restaurant brings Tokyo-style Edomae sushi to Nagoya. The omakase menu features a selection of the finest seasonal seafood, including premium maguro, uni, and other delicacies sourced from Tsukiji and local markets. Guests can enjoy a curated dining experience with meticulously prepared nigiri and sashimi, presented with elegance and precision.
