The shop is celebrated for its signature "Ise Ebi Tsukemen," featuring a broth crafted from lobster heads and seafood, paired with flat noodles made from a blend of Hokkaido wheat. The interior exudes warmth, making it an inviting spot for both solo diners and groups. Please note that Menya Hanzo operates on a cash-only basis and does not accept reservations.
