The 18-seat counter wraps around a flourishing garden, framing each sizzle and turn of premium Miyazaki beef, live abalone, and Ise lobster on the iron griddle. The kitchen moves with ritual timing: appetizers, grilled seafood, and aged beef courses arrive one by one, choreographed to sound, aroma, and visual poise.
