Sushi Souten, located in Fukuoka's Hakata Ward, is a reservation-only sushi restaurant that opened its doors in December 2022. The establishment is helmed by a seasoned sushi chef with over three decades of experience, who personally selects natural seafood from Fukuoka Prefecture and other regions across Japan. The interior, designed by a first-class architect, features a luxurious ambiance with an eight-seat counter made from a single piece of Japanese cypress, complemented by vintage European chairs. This setting provides a private and serene dining experience, ideal for savoring the chef's original sushi creations.

  • Operating Hours: Monday to Saturday: Lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM; Dinner from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.

  • Reservations: Required; can be made via phone or online.
