Ganso Nakasu Yatai Ramen Ichiryu

A spacious indoor Tonkotsu ramen shop, carrying on Nakasu’s yatai legacy with creamy pork broth, ultra-thin noodles, and a relaxed, modern counter service.

Dining

Hakata-Style Tonkotsu Ramen, Fukuoka Tradition, Casual Counter

MK Guide Recommends

Situated inside the Kawabata Shopping Arcade, Ichiryu continues the spirit of Nakasu yatai without the street setup. Its polished counter and table seating accommodate around 34 guests, and the broth strikes a balance—creamy, pork-rich, yet surprisingly clean, thanks to refined bone-blending and long simmering. Open from morning to early hours (11:00–3:00), it draws local families, business travelers, and late-night diners. Extras like fried gyoza, yakitori snacks, and a ¥10 "kaedama" (extra noodle) option make it feel generous and convivial without pretense.
