Marugin opened as Ginza’s first highball pioneer, installing Japan’s first dedicated highball server for a uniquely smooth drink experience. Since 2003, it has been standing-room-only—no reservations—with a vibrant crowd drawn by large skewers and budget-friendly cocktails from ¥300+. The energetic staff and retro-modern atmosphere fuel a convivial vibe, often accompanied by surprise encounters at the counter.
