The restaurant is renowned for its unique blend of Italian dishes infused with Japanese tastes, creating a distinctive culinary experience. Signature offerings include the Southern Italian-style baked eggplant with cheese and the famous house-made salad dressing, a well-guarded recipe exclusive to Chianti.   • Closed on Mondays (if Monday is a holiday, open on Monday and closed the following Wednesday)
