A cozy, Michelin-listed South Indian haven beside Kanda Station, serving homemade spice blends, biryanis, dosas, thrice-daily meals, and halal-certified curries in relaxed, L-shaped seating.

South Indian, Halal-Certified, Biryani & Dosas

MK Guide Recommends

Just steps from Kanda Station’s west exit, Andhra Dhaba brings the heart of Andhra Pradesh to Tokyo. Housed on the second floor of a Shōtengai-side building, the relaxed dining room—lined with counters, booths, and sleek timber—welcomes diners to savor authentic South Indian “meals” and thali, chef-crafted biryanis, and crisp dosas. The menu blends tradition with freshness: expect Hyderabad-style Chicken Dum Biryani, vegetarian curries, and daily rotating meat or veg sets. Open for lunch, dinner, and weekends, the space accommodates 30, remains non-smoking throughout, and is fully halal-certified—including the use of prayer items and Muslim-friendly service—making it a rare, inclusive spice stop in central Tokyo.
