The name translates to “The King’s Gyoza Shop,” and while the decor remains humble, the flavor lives up to the title. Each gyoza is stuffed with a house blend of pork and cabbage, wrapped in a hand-rolled skin, and fried crisp-side down before being steamed to finish. The menu is simple—gyoza, rice, soup, and a few side dishes—but this clarity is part of the charm.
