MK Guide Recommends

Located in a quiet alley in Kobe's Motomachi district, bb9 offers a unique culinary journey inspired by the artisanal grilling techniques of Spain’s Basque region. The restaurant, helmed by chef Kazuhiro Haruta, combines the finest seasonal ingredients from Japan and around the world, all cooked over a wood fire. Signature dishes include Australian black truffles, Kumamoto wagyu beef, and a variety of fresh seafood. The intimate setting, with its minimalist decor, enhances the focus on the exquisite flavors and presentation of each dish. Wine pairings curated by sommelier Masakazu Nishikawa complement the dining experience perfectly.
