Hakata-Style Tonkotsu Ramen, Fukuoka Tradition, Casual Counter

MK Guide Recommends

Located inside the Kawabata Shopping Arcade, Ichiryu carries on Nakasu yatai's spirit without the street stall setup. Its polished counter and table seating serve about 34 guests, and the broth strikes a perfect balance—rich and creamy, yet surprisingly clean—thanks to careful bone-blending and long simmering. Open from morning until early morning hours (11:00–3:00), it attracts local families, business travelers, and late-night diners. Extras like fried gyoza, yakitori snacks, and a ¥10 "kaedama" (extra noodle) option add to its welcoming, unpretentious vibe.
