MK Guide Recommends

Perched on the sixth floor of the Jolis Building, BAKU captures Tenjin’s daily pulse—from sunny lunch crowds to after-work laughter. Large windows frame the city and passing planes, while a row of eight counter seats offers front-row views. With over 30 beers on tap covering domestic craft, global favorites, and rare finds, the menu includes beer hall staples—homemade sausages, sizzling butter-beef yakisoba, thick-crust pizza, and chorizo—designed to keep pace with conversation and clinking glasses. By afternoon, there’s no cover, and even late-night groups feel welcome around communal tables. The space flexes easily for solo lunchers, weekend gatherings, and private parties up to 50.
