Ame wa, Yasashiku redefines Sapporo ramen with its “ra-en” style: a niboshi-based (dried sardine) broth brightened by chicken-white liver paste you blend in as you eat. Diners can choose between miso, shoyu, and shio versions, each transformed with the dark paste and tempura burdock garnish. The house-made noodles from Hokkaido wheat soak the broth elegantly, while stripped-back décor and counter seating evoke a stylish café atmosphere—equally welcoming to solo diners, couples, and families.
