MK Guide Recommends

Located just north of Osaka, Minoo Park is a tranquil forested valley offering a refreshing retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The park’s main attraction is the picturesque Minoo Waterfall, a 33-meter high cascade surrounded by lush foliage. The 3-kilometer hiking trail to the waterfall begins near Hankyu Minoo Station and takes approximately 45 minutes to walk. Along the way, visitors can enjoy traditional shops, temples like the historic Ryuanji Temple, and seasonal delights such as the unique momiji tempura (deep-fried maple leaves). Minoo Park is particularly popular in autumn when the leaves turn vibrant shades of red and gold, creating a stunning natural tapestry.
