Tempura & Wine Kojima

A vibrant Yanagibashi tempura bar where light, creative tempura meets sommelier-selected wines in a casual yet refined market-front setting.

Dining

MK Guide Recommends

Opened in 2015 by a former Italian chef, Kojima began in a compact space within the bustling Yanagibashi Central Market. Now steps from Nagoya Station, it continues to blend seasonal, just-made tempura—like nori with ikura canapés or market-fresh vegetables—with wines chosen to complement each bite. The café-bar layout, counter seats, and communal tables create a bright, inviting atmosphere where late-afternoon diners, lunch-time solo visitors, and pre-dinner gatherings overlap. It’s fine casual dining: polished but unpretentious, ideal for both an elegant snack or a full pairing dinner.
